アカウントの削除

アプリ内からの削除（推奨）

  1. Kiniaアプリを開く
  2. 地図画面のメニュー → 「グループ管理」を開く
  3. 画面下部の「アカウントを削除」ボタンをタップ
  4. 確認ダイアログで「削除する」→「完全に削除」をタップ

この操作は取り消せません。削除されるデータ: 位置情報の履歴、グループ内のあなたの情報、通知エリアのイベント履歴、端末内の設定データ、Firebase認証情報

メールでの削除リクエスト

アプリにアクセスできない場合は、以下のメールアドレスに削除をリクエストできます。

送信先: kinia.app@gmail.com

件名に「アカウント削除リクエスト」と記載し、ご利用のGoogleアカウントのメールアドレスをお知らせください。72時間以内に対応いたします。

Delete Your Account

Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Kinia app
  2. Go to the map screen menu → "Group Management"
  3. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
  4. Confirm by tapping "Delete" → "Permanently Delete"

This action cannot be undone. Data deleted: location history, your group information, notification area events, local settings, and Firebase authentication data.

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

Email: kinia.app@gmail.com

Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the Google account email address you used with Kinia. We will process your request within 72 hours.
