1. はじめに
KINIA（以下「本アプリ」）は、家族やグループ間で位置情報を共有するアプリケーションです。現在、一般向けにはAndroid版を提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、取り扱う情報、その利用方法、保護方法についてご説明します。現在の利用対象は13歳以上で、Android版のログインにはGoogleアカウントを使用します。
本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
2. 収集する情報
2-1. 位置情報
- GPS・ネットワーク測位による現在地（緯度・経度・精度・速度・高度）
- 活動状態（徒歩・走行・自転車・車両・静止）
- 位置情報はアプリがバックグラウンドで動作中も取得されます
2-2. アカウント情報
- Googleアカウントのメールアドレス（ログイン認証に使用）
- Firebase Authentication UID（内部識別子）
2-3. デバイス情報
- デバイスモデル名、OSバージョン
- バッテリー残量
- 歩数データ（端末の歩数センサーによる）
2-4. 利用状況データ
- 画面表示回数、機能使用頻度などの利用状況データ、アプリ・端末情報、おおまかな地域情報（Google Analytics for Firebaseを使用）
- 障害の調査に必要なクラッシュ情報・アプリと端末の診断情報（Firebase Crashlyticsを使用）
2-5. 診断データ（ユーザーの操作により送信）
- 端末情報、GPS取得ログ、権限状態などの診断レポート
- この診断レポートは、ユーザーが「診断ログを送信」を選択した場合に送信されます。別途、Crashlyticsによるクラッシュ情報の収集があります
- Firebase Cloud Storageに暗号化通信で送信されます
2-6. 収集しない情報
- 連絡先・写真・通話履歴
- 閲覧履歴・検索履歴
- クレジットカード・決済情報
3. 情報の利用目的

広告の表示やマーケティング目的でのデータ利用は一切行いません。
4. データの保存と管理
- 保存先: Cloud Firestore、Realtime Database、Cloud StorageなどのGoogle Firebaseサービスを利用します
- 利用者・グループ情報: 利用者ID、表示名、グループ情報と、座標の復元に関係する情報をサービス側で扱う経路があります
- 座標の取扱い: 座標をずらして保存する経路がありますが、復元不能の保証ではありません
- 送信中の保護: Google Playのデータセーフティでは送信中の暗号化を申告しています
- 保持・削除: 保存期間と保存先ごとの削除範囲はデータの安全性をご確認ください
5. データの共有
家族への表示と、サービス提供に使う外部サービスでの処理を分けて説明します：
- 同じグループのメンバー: 設定に応じて位置関連情報を表示します。設定の例外時の扱いはデータの安全性をご覧ください
- Firebaseサービス: 認証、保存・同期、分析・診断のためにGoogle Firebase（Authentication、Firestore、Realtime Database、Storage、Analytics、Crashlytics）を利用します
- Google Maps SDK: 地図の表示のためにGoogle Maps Platformを利用しています
Google Playのデータセーフティには、位置情報・フィットネス情報が他の企業や組織と共有される可能性を申告しています。外部サービスでの取り扱いについては、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。
6. バックグラウンドでの位置情報取得
本アプリは、以下の目的でバックグラウンドでの位置情報取得を行います：
- グループメンバーに最新の位置情報を共有するため
- 通知エリア（ジオフェンス）の到着・離脱を検知するため
バックグラウンド取得は、省電力設計により活動状態に応じて自動的に頻度が調整されます（静止時は最小限の取得に留まります）。
7. ユーザーの権利
- 位置情報の送信停止: アプリの設定から位置情報の送信を停止できます
- 共有範囲の制御: 「通知エリアのみ」「すべて共有」を選べます。変更後は相手側の表示も確認してください
- アカウントの削除: アプリ内の「グループ管理」から本人確認後に段階的な削除を開始できます。失敗時は保留・再試行となる場合があります
- データ削除のリクエスト: 下記の連絡先から削除を依頼できます。対象範囲を確認して対応します
8. 子どものプライバシー
現行の一般向けAndroid版は13歳以上を対象としています。13歳未満への対象拡大は、ログイン方法、説明と同意、データの取扱いを整えるまで行いません。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、アプリの機能変更や法令の改正に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知いたします。

KINIA — Family Location Sharing App

1. Introduction
KINIA ("the App") enables families and groups to share location-related information. The public version currently available is for Android users aged 13 and older. Android login uses a Google account. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, and how we protect it.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2-1. Location Data
- Current location via GPS and network positioning (latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, altitude)
- Activity state (walking, running, cycling, driving, stationary)
- Location data is also collected while the app is running in the background
2-2. Account Information
- Google account email address (used for login authentication)
- Firebase Authentication UID (internal identifier)
2-3. Device Information
- Device model, OS version
- Battery level
- Step count data (from device pedometer)
2-4. Usage Data
- Usage data such as screen views and feature usage frequency, app and device information, and approximate region information (via Google Analytics for Firebase)
- Crash reports and app/device diagnostic information needed to investigate failures (Firebase Crashlytics)
2-5. Diagnostic Data (User-initiated only)
- Diagnostic reports containing device information, GPS acquisition logs, permission status, and similar details
- This diagnostic report is sent when the user selects "Send Diagnostic Log". Crashlytics separately collects crash information.
- Transmitted to Firebase Cloud Storage via encrypted connection
2-6. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Contacts, photos, call history
- Browsing or search history
- Credit card or payment information
3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Management
- Storage: We use Google Firebase services including Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, and Cloud Storage
- User and group data: Server-side paths handle user IDs, display names, group information, and information relevant to restoring shifted coordinates
- Coordinates: Some paths shift coordinates before storage. This does not guarantee that locations cannot be reconstructed
- Protection in transit: Google Play Data safety declares encryption in transit
- Retention and deletion : See Data Safety for retention periods and the scope of deletion for each storage location
5. Data Sharing
We distinguish what group members see from processing by services used to provide the app:
- Group members: Location-related information is displayed according to sharing settings. See Data Safety for limitations when settings are missing or fail to save
- Firebase services: Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics) is used for authentication, storage, synchronization, analytics, and diagnostics
- Google Maps SDK: Google Maps Platform is used for map display
Google Play Data safety states that location and fitness information may be shared with other companies or organizations. Please also refer to the privacy policies of the external services for how they process data.
6. Background Location Access
The App collects location data in the background for the following purposes:
- To share up-to-date location information with group members
- To detect arrival at or departure from notification areas (geofences)
Background collection uses a power-efficient design that automatically adjusts frequency based on your activity state (minimal collection when stationary).
7. Your Rights
- Stop sending location : You can stop sending location information from the app settings
- Control sharing scope: You can select "Notification Area Only" or "Share All." Check what the other member actually sees after changing a setting
- Delete your account : Start a staged deletion after identity verification in "Group Management." If deletion fails, it may be put on hold and retried
- Deletion request : Contact us to request deletion. We will confirm the scope of the request and respond
8. Children's Privacy
The current public Android app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We will not expand eligibility to children under 13 until the login method, explanation and consent, and data handling are in place.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the App's features change or as required by law. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
